The washer works fine, just not a very user friendly unit. Seeing other reviews about the fragility of the hose attachment, I put in a short hose that is secured to the handle, so the attachment fitting is isolated from any pulling loads. The low pressure option on the wand is pretty much useless. When I put down cleaners I want it sprayed over the area, not concentrated in a stream. The wheels are pretty much worthless also, and if you are taller, you'll have to just pick up the unit to move it, as the handle is way too low. That said, the sprayer itself works very nicely. Would be nice to have a bleeder for the reservoir so you could get the air out. It takes quite a while to purge the pump. Make sure there is no air in your garden hose before attaching, as this will only increase the time it takes to start using the machine. I put a rock in the hand grip to lock the unit on then come back 5 minutes later to start using it. I've had a peculiar incident when using the machine: I left it on for 5+ minutes (with water pressure) while I was putting out cleaner and scrubbing, and when I went to use it, the pump cavitated (the pump started running very fast), and I had to stop and rebleed the system of air. This has happened on several occasions. May put in my own bleed system if it looks possible.I have used this machine 3 times so far and it seems to be doing well. I am not sure that it is really delivering 2000 PSI, but it sure beats a regular garden hose. I don't like the location of the low pressure connection. It makes connecting and disconnecting a bit difficult. It would be much better if the connection were located higher on the unit and not so close to the high pressure connection. In fact, I would prefer it to be on the back of the unit so that the unit could be trolleyed toward the user while dragging the supply hose behind. Also, the reel is pointless. I haven't found where it works for either the cord or the hose. You cant wind up the hose or the cord from the end because the coupler on the hose or the plug on the cord are too big to allow them to pass between the reel and the machine as they are being wound. The only thing I have found is that you have to start the cord or hose from the middle around the reel so the ends are the last thing to be wound up.The machine internals seem to be good, but the layout of the machine is rather cumbersome and poorly thought out. That said, I would still buy it again due, but cuss it every time I put it away.I have used this thing a couple of times now and if you follow the instructions it works pretty well. As with all power washers they are a pain to lug around, even this one that is pretty light. So far it is good for what we got it for, cleaning our lanai. Didn't want to drag the big gas model out that I have to do that. Not sure how it will work for the house and driveway, but if it doesn't do a good job, I will use the larger gas model that I know will do the trick. So far it has held up pretty well, like the way everything goes back together nice and neat.I did not think that the electric motor/pump can deliver like this. It is better than dealing with gas motors if you are not covering a large area because of the cord length. But for what I do, washing cars, trucks, exterior walls and deck, it is just fine.I thought it was Good enough for the weekend warrior. I am not using it for commercial purposes so it was perfect for my small deck area, Concrete cleaning, and cedar siding. I have used it about three times. If you are a commercial user, I would go with another unit that does not use as much plastic as this one does.It appears to be a very good machine, quite powerful. Not crazy about the reel for the hose attached to the nozzle. It is cumbersome and hard to roll up. We have used it twice and it works quite well.it works okay. i tried to remove molds on deck but they are really hard. they stick on deck. if you use narrow water jet, it harms surface of deck. be carefull. It's OK but the Oscillation spray stop working after 5 minutes.
