A regulator keeps a certain amount of fuel pressure in the rail and then sends the rest back to the tank. The best I can say is it's pretty, makes a great paper weight and had fittings i could use on other stuff, This is a non return FPR that is very difficult if not impossible to actually set at a pressure and have it stay set. You get what you pay for here, 18" of fuel hose that is of OK quality and three fittings, plus a pressure gauge that is actually accurate.
