This worked perfectly on my Kenmore HE2 Plus, and it is a very easy repair. There is one thing I want to point out in hopes that it may help someone. You do NOT need to tilt the machine back to access screws under the machine as some comments and videos suggest. Those screws probably should NOT be removed. You can remove them if you want, but it is completely unnecessary, it's not how this part is designed to work, and it will just create a lot of unnecessary work. It's a little hard to explain, but basically this part has two "feet" that attach the the floor of the machine. You attach these two feet to the bottom of the machine by dropping them into what is essentially a pair of keyhole slots (one slot for each foot), and then slide the entire assembly to the left. There is a rubber flap on the right foot that is designed to be pushed down into an opening to keep it from sliding back to the right. So there is no need to remove those screws from beneath the floor of the machine. To remove the pump, you simply take a flat bladed screwdriver and slide it under the rubber flap on right side of the right foot. Pry up that rubber flap; it pops up fairly easily. Then slide the entire assembly to the right and remove it from the keyhole slots. There's no need to remove the screws in those feet by accessing the underside of the machine. Some reviews here will say you need to do that, and some videos online will say that as well, but that's not the way this is supposed to be done. You may find that the rubber from the left foot sticks to the machine when you remove the old pump. No problem. Just pull it off and toss it. The new pump comes with new rubber built into it so the old rubber is not needed. For an excellent video which shows you how to do it the correct way, do a search online for "Whirlpool Part # W10130913" and go to videos. Find the video featuring "Steve"; it's a little over 7 minutes long. That is the best video I was able to find, and it should provide all the information you need to do this replacement.
